Since 2016, Claire Gibault and the Paris Mozart Orchestra have offered a yearly series of conducting masterclasses.

Aimed at emerging conductors under the age of 40 — whether already professional or on the path to becoming so — these advanced-level masterclasses, held with string quintet and piano, provide a unique setting to deepen musical analysis, explore the historical and musicological context of the works, refine conducting technique and interpretation, and strengthen the relationship between conductor and musicians.
