Horn player

Pierre Rémondière studied the horn at the CNR de Caen, where he obtained first prizes in horn and chamber music unanimously. He then continued his musical studies at the conservatoire de Gennevilliers in the class of Patrice Petitdidier, and later at the CNSMD de Paris in the class of André Cazalet.

A versatile horn player, Pierre Rémondière participates in numerous chamber music festivals and regularly performs with various national orchestras. He is a member of the wind quintets Klarthe and Cassiopée, with which he has won several international chamber music awards, and frequently collaborates with contemporary music ensembles such as Sillages, Ars Nova, 2E2M, and Multilatérale.

Additionally, he works as an arranger for various flexible formations. Pierre Rémondière serves as principal horn in the Orchestre de Caen and is a member of the Musique des Gardiens de la Paix of the Préfecture de Police de Paris.
