Masterclass with Pablo Heras-Casado

Complementary to La Maestra International Competition for Women Conductors, La Maestra Academy is an ongoing 2-year programme following the 3rd edition of the Competition, in March 2024.

The Academy is the result of a visionary collaboration between the Paris Mozart Orchestra and Philharmonie de Paris, joint producers of La Maestra Competition. Its objective is to provide individually targeted high-level professional experience, mentoring, coaching and career support for the three competition finalists, the semi-finalists and some of the candidates who took part in the earlier rounds of La Maestra Competition.

The Academy is uniquely endorsed by committed associate partnerships with venues and orchestras around France, as well as internationally through the European Concert Hall Organisation ECHO network.

Among the many benefits of the Academy, participants are offered masterclasses with leading conductors.
