Masterclasses
Since 2016, Claire Gibault and the PMO have established an ongoing series of orchestral conducting masterclasses at the 9th arrondissement townhall in Paris.
Aimed at students and young professionals under the age of 35, the sessions are directed by Claire Gibault and give participants invaluable practical experience through working with the musicians of the PMO on their current repertoire.
An internationally recognised and respected authority, Claire has most recently given masterclasses for the National Opera Studio at London’s Royal Opera House Covent Garden as part of the Jette Parker Young Artists Programme, and joined the jury of Mexico City’s prestigious conducting competition.
