Benjamin Fabre holds three unanimous first prizes from the Conservatoire National SupĂ©rieur de Musique de Paris: in violin, chamber music, and viola. A laureate of the Fondations de France, Feydeau de Brou Saint Paul, and the Fondation Meyer for cultural and artistic development, he is involved in Baroque repertoire with P. Bismuth, and contemporary music as a soloist with Ensemble CAIRN. He premiered J. Dassie’s Viola Concerto. He works at the Paris Opera and with the Ensemble Intercontemporain, where he has replaced the concertmaster.
