Anne-Lise Durantel
Violonist
Born in Troyes, Anne-Lise follows in the footsteps of her brothers and sisters and studies with Christophe Poiget, Boris Garlitsky, and Éric Lacrouts. In 2006, she receives the Diplôme d’Études Musicales from the City of Paris with Highest Honors and Unanimous Commendation from the jury. That same year, she is admitted to the CNSM de Paris, from which she graduates with a DNSPM in 2009.
Anne-Lise serves as co-principal of the Paris Mozart Orchestra and participates in numerous chamber music projects, orchestral performances, educational concerts, and solidarity initiatives of this musical ensemble, both in France and abroad. She is also invited to perform with the Orchestre National de l’Opéra de Paris, the Ars Nova ensemble, the Déséquilibres ensemble, the Orchestra of the Opéra de Reims, among others.
She has recorded several chamber music albums, including Albert Roussel’s two sonatas for violin and piano with pianist Gaspard Dehaene, as well as the complete works for violin and piano by Enguerrand Luhl with the composer at the piano. With pianist Emmanuelle Moriat, she forms the violin-piano duo Les Miroirs. In 2023, they recorded the sonatas by Madeleine Dauphin and Guillaume Lekeu.
Very interested in neuroscience and various psycho-emotional practices, Anne-Lise founds the “Au fil des Âmes” Academy. Aimed at professional or pre-professional musicians, this academy offers training on artistic identity, stage fright management, mental work, as well as physical aspects (yoga/massage) in addition to intensive instrument training. The teaching team includes Éric Lacrouts for violin lessons, Benjamin Cortès for yoga and massage, and Anne-Lise Durantel for violin lessons and mental work. “Au fil des Âmes Junior” sessions also take place within music schools participating in the project.
